The Coalition for a Tobacco Free Arkansas realizes that grassroots relationships are the building block of policy change and is seeking to strengthen its relationship with all Arkansas residents. As a result, the Coalition is committed to providing support and assistance to those individuals and communities that want to join in the fight against tobacco.

The purpose of strengthening the Coalition's grassroots efforts is to help build and maintain strong partners, increase education and advocacy efforts relating to tobacco control, and finally to deliver a powerful message that will produce results.
